There are two things in life that interest me most: music and fashion. I've loved fashion since I can remember dressing myself and I've been involved in music since the 5th grade. When I create garments I try to incorporate music through inspiration, motifs, silhouettes, and different colors.
I used pieces of fabric that are scraps left over from other garments that I once made. I will be using and combining patterns that we have access to in our books in order to create a top and gore skirt.
I will be recycling fabric that could have been otherwise gone to waster. Instead of buying more fabric to create another garment, I am taking fabric that I already own.
